Alexandra P. Sadinsky is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Alex received a B.S. magna cum laude from Fordham University where she was a member of the William E. Boyle Honor Society.  She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham Law School where she was Order of the Coif and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review.  After law school, Alex clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Hon. Denny Chin.  Prior to that, she served as a law clerk for the Hon. Claire C. Cecchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
