Corey Banks is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Corey received a B.A. summa cum laude in International Relations and Japanese from Tufts University in 2010.  He received a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2013, where he was a recipient of the Sears prize and served as technical editor for the Harvard International Law Journal.

Following law school, Corey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pierre N. Leval of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Corey is admitted to practice law in New York.
