Francisco José Morales Barrón is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.  He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.

Mr. Morales Barrón received a B.A. in Political Science and East Asian Studies with a Concentration in China from Yale University in 2007.  He completed a J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2013, where he served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.  Mr. Morales Barrón served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
