Andrew received a B.A. summa cum laude in Mathematics and Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University in 2014, where he was vice president of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2017, where he received the William K.S. Wang prize and was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation and Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
