Education

Jillian Colbert Alsheimer joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department as an associate in 2013. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Ms. Alsheimer received a B.B.A. from The George Washington University in 2008.  She completed her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2013, where she served as an articles editor on the Journal of Law & the Arts and a Foundational Moot Court Editor. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alsheimer worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Alsheimer is admitted to practice law in New York.
