Joseph Celentino is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Joseph received his B.A. cum laude in Communication Studies, Legal Studies, and Political Science from Northwestern University in 2013.  He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2016, where he was Order of the Coif and a Contributing Editor on the Michigan Law Review.

Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Joseph served as a law clerk to The Honorable Neil M. Gorsuch, then-judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
