Justin L. Brooke is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Brooke received his B.A. in Philosophy from Stanford University. He received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Supervising Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brooke was a law clerk for the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Barrington D. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before law school, Mr. Brooke worked as a paralegal specialist at the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, where he received the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service.
