Kayla DeLeon is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Kayla received her B.A. in Government from Cornell University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Notes Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. Kayla also received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. Before joining the firm, Kayla served as a law clerk to the Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.
