Education

Kisho Watanabe is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Kisho received a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as Business and Bluebook Co-Chair of the Harvard Law Review and Co-President of the Harvard Association for Law and Business. Kisho has passed all three levels of the CFA Program.
