Michael Ye is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Michael received an iBBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Michael previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley and as an investment analyst at Soros Fund Management.
