Jeremy L. Goldstein is a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He advises companies on complex issues involving executive compensation and corporate governance with a particular emphasis on such issues as they arise in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations.

Mr. Goldstein has a J.D. from New York University School of Law, an M.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. cum laude and with Distinction in All Subjects from Cornell University. He also is a member of the Professional Advisory Board of the NYU Journal of Law and Business. He is a member of the New Leadership Council of Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Metro New York.
