Graham W. Meli joined the litigation department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as an associate in 2005. His practice includes a variety of complex commercial and corporate matters, including shareholder derivative and class actions, and litigation relating to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Meli received an A.B. degree, with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell University in 2002. He received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 2005 from Harvard Law School, where he was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Mr. Meli is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and New York State and American Bar Associations. |
