Gordon Moodie joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as an associate in the corporate department in 2004. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Moodie received a B.Com. from Queen’s University in 1999, graduating first in his class, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004, graduating magna cum laude and winning the Victor Brudney Prize.

Mr. Moodie is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
