Leonard M. Rosen, a retired founding partner of the firm, specialized in representing major institutional lenders in the restructurings and reorganizations of large corporate borrowers. He has written and lectured extensively on bankruptcy and reorganization issues and served as an Adjunct Professor at the New York University School of Law teaching a seminar on the Chapter 11 Plan Process from 1979 to 1995. Mr. Rosen is a member of the National Bankruptcy Conference and served as its Chairman from 1984 to 1992. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and served as Chairman of its Committee on Bankruptcy and Reorganization. He is a member of the American Bar Association and served as Chairman of the Chapter 11 Subcommittee of the Business Reorganization Committee. He served on the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules of the Judicial Conference from 1993 to 1999.
Mr. Rosen has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of the City of New York (1951) and an L.L.B. from New York University School of Law (1954). He was a member of The New York University Law Review. |
