Adam J. Shapiro is a partner in the Executive Compensation and Benefits group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and executive employment arrangements. Mr. Shapiro received a B.A. from Cornell University in 1993, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996, where he was an Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. John C. Lifland of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, from 1996 to 1997.
