Mr. Vucic is a corporate partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law matters. He has worked on a wide range of merger and acquisition-related matters, including private equity transactions, cross-border transactions, divestitures, spinoffs and joint ventures. Mr. Vucic has also handled numerous financing transactions, including IPOs and public and private debt offerings.

Mr. Vucic graduated from Harvard University in 1995, and received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1999, where he was an editor of the Columbia Law Review. Mr. Vucic speaks Croatian and Serbian, and is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations.
