Adir Waldman joined the litigation department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in 2002. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities and complex civil litigation, as well as white collar criminal and regulatory matters.
Mr. Waldman received a B.A. summa cum laude from Yale College in 1997. He completed a J.D. in 2002 from the Yale Law School, where he was an Editor of the Yale Law Journal and a recipient of an Olin Summer Fellowship in Law, Economics and Public Policy. Mr. Waldman is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Circuit of Columbia.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Waldman is the author of the book, Arbitrating Armed Conflict, and he is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. |
