Overseen by our Diversity Committee and Manager of Legal Recruiting and Diversity, the Firm is committed to recruiting a diverse and talented body of lawyers considering diversity in its broadest form. We were one of the first New York City law firms to offer health benefits to Domestic Partners. In the last four years, over twenty-five percent of our new associates are people of color.

We have also signed the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s Statement of Diversity Principles which commits us to a broad set of diversity goals. Along with the other firms that have signed the Statement, we have undertaken to seek to hire entry-level classes that reflect the diversity of students graduating from the law schools from which we recruit and also seek to maintain that representative diversity as lawyers develop at all levels within our Firm.
