Scott Stevenson joined the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as an associate in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stevenson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Stevenson received a B.S. in Economics cum laude from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in History cum laude from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated first in his law school class, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. In law school, Mr. Stevenson was a member of the law review, where he was named Most Outstanding Associate, and was also an active member of the Moot Court Board, placing as a National Semifinalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition National Finals; as well as winning Best Individual Oral Advocate and Regional Champion in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional Level; and winning Best Written Brief and Regional Champion at the National Moot Court Competition Regional Level. During law school, Mr. Stevenson also received book awards for earning the highest grade in 14 different courses. Upon graduation, he was named winner of the Edward D. Foreman Most Distinguished Student Award and inducted into the National Order of Barristers and the National Order of Scribes.

Mr. Stevenson is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Florida. His court admissions include the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
