Viktor Sapezhnikov is an associate in the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.  He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate securities matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, business combinations, joint ventures, spin-offs, takeover defenses and securities offerings in a variety of industries. 

Mr. Sapezhnikov received a B.A. summa cum laude from Marist College in 2005.  He also completed a general course program at the London School of Economics in 2004. Mr. Sapezhnikov received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2009, where he was a James Kent Scholar and finance editor of the Columbia Business Law Review

Mr. Sapezhnikov is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar.
