Education

Katherine L. Chasmar is an associate in the Corporate Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Ms. Chasmar received a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics from Queen’s University in 2009.  Ms. Chasmar received a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2015. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chasmar worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in London.  While pursuing her graduate degrees, Ms. Chasmar worked as a summer fellow at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. and as a summer associate at McKinsey & Company in New York.

Ms. Chasmar is admitted to practice law in New York.
