Mark F. Veblen

Mark F. Veblen is a corporate Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and securities law matters, with a focus on financial institutions.

Mr. Veblen received an A.B. summa cum laude in Economics from Harvard College in 1999. He completed a J.D. magna cum laude in 2005 at Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Mr. Veblen worked as an investment banking analyst focused on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and technology industries at Wasserstein Perella & Co. and as a research associate and case writer in the finance department at Harvard Business School.
