Ahsan M. Barkatullah is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Ahsan received an A.B. summa cum laude from Princeton University. He received his J.D. from the Yale Law School, where he was Submissions Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation and Articles Editor of the Yale Journal of International Law. Ahsan also received an A.M. in Government from Harvard University.
