Alexandra P. Sadinsky is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Alexandra received a B.S., magna cum laude, from Fordham University where she was a member of the William E. Boyle Honor Society. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham Law School where she was Order of the Coif and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review. After law school, Alexandra clerked on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey for the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi and on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Honorable Denny Chin.

Alexandra served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law in the First Year Legal Writing Program from September 2020 through June 2022.
