Noah B. Yavitz
Noah B. Yavitz is a Partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Yavitz received a B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2008, with general honors and honors in Linguistics. He received his J.D. with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2013, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Kirkland and Ellis Scholar, an Olin Fellow in law and economics, and an articles editor at The University of Chicago Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Yavitz was a law clerk to the Honorable Frank Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
