Stephanie Marshak is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Stephanie received a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and American Studies from Brandeis University. She received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was Executive Notes Editor of the Michigan Journal of Race & Law and president of the Business Law Club. Stephanie has been named a “Rising Star” in the New York metropolitan area by Super Lawyers each year from 2020 to 2023.
