Alex Ferrara Walker is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department.

Alex received her B.A. in Economics from Haverford College with honors, where she was captain of the tennis team for three years and an all-conference player.  She received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of Order of the Coif, served as a Notes Editor of the New York University Law Review, and received the Harry J. Rudick Memorial Award for excellence in taxation.
