Adebola Olofin is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Bola received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School and a B.S. from Florida State University. During law school, Bola worked in the Capital Punishment Clinic, where he helped represent capital defendants in post-conviction litigation. Bola also represented students, faculty and staff as the Judicial Codes Counselor for Cornell University; served as the Academic Chair for the Cornell Black Law Students Association; and won the 2017 Faust F. Rossi Moot Court Competition.

Bola joined the firm after clerking on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
