Amanda S. Blackett
Amanda S. Blackett is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Blackett received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2010. Ms. Blackett received a J.D. summa cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2014, where she was Senior Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review and received the Alumni Association Award.
Ms. Blackett is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law. Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Ms. Blackett clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III.
