Brian Diliberto is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department.

Brian received his A.B. magna cum laude in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a recipient of the Regents Scholarship. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Articles Editor for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and a recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award. Brian is member of the New York City Bar Association and serves on the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Committee.
