Benjamin D. Klein
Benjamin D. Klein joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2011. His practice focuses on M&A litigation and white-collar defense.
Mr. Klein received his B.A. from Cornell University in 2007 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Yale Law School with a J.D. in 2010. While in law school, he was an editor for the Yale Law Journal and the Yale Law & Policy Review. Following graduation, Mr. Klein served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Klein is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Second Circuit and the Southern District of New York.
