Cody Westphal is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Cody received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where he served as Managing Editor for the Harvard Business Law Review. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics from Texas Christian University, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar and Student Body President for two terms.
