Daniel J. Brenner
Daniel Joseph Brenner is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.
He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Stanford Law Review and Stanford Law and Technology Review and a recipient of multiple Gerald Gunther Prizes for outstanding class performance. He attended Cornell University and received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy and was a Merrill Presidential Scholars award recipient.
Daniel clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for the Hon. John G. Koeltl.
