Daniel Harper is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department.
Daniel received his B.A. in History from Dartmouth College. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and a James Kent Scholar. While at Columbia, Daniel was the Symposium and Special Projects Editor of the Columbia Law Review. After law school, Daniel clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit for the Hon. Michael Boudin. Prior to law school, Daniel was a Strategy & Operations Manager at Square, Inc.
