Emma Bailey
Emma Bailey is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Emma worked in the Corporate and M&A department of the law firm Macfarlanes LLP in London. She has significant experience representing a wide client base, including private equity houses, management teams and large corporations and has advised on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and joint ventures, and general company and corporate governance.
Emma received her B.A. in Archaeology and Anthropology in 2012 and her MPhil in International Relations in 2013, both from Trinity College at the University of Cambridge. She received her Graduate Diploma in Law, with commendation, and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC), with distinction, from BPP Law School in 2016.
