Elyssa C. Eisenberg

Elyssa Eisenberg is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Elyssa received a B.A. summa cum laude in Psychology from the Honors Program at the University of Connecticut. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, received the Herbert F. Schwartz Award, the Oscar Milton Davis Prize, and a Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award, and served as Comments Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
