Erica Mitnick Klein
Erica Mitnick Klein joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz as a corporate associate in 2008. She focuses on corporate governance, shareholder activism and general corporate matters.
Ms. Klein received a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University in 2000 and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She subsequently worked as an analyst in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and as a senior analyst in the Corporate Strategic Planning Department of The Walt Disney Company. She completed a J.D. in 2008 from Harvard Law School, where she was on the Harvard Law School Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law. Ms. Klein also received an M.B.A. in 2008 from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Klein is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Harvard College Fund.
