Jack G. Tubio is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Jack received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Chicago Law School. In law school, he was a David M. Rubenstein Scholar and a K&E Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif and of The University of Chicago Law Review, and the recipient of the Douglas Baird Prize in Commercial Law and the Sidley Austin Prize. He received his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Yale University.
