Jacob Miller
Jacob Miller is an associate in the Litigation Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Mr. Miller received a B.A. summa cum laude from Columbia University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to receive an M.Phil. with distinction from the University of Oxford, where his dissertation was awarded the departmental prize. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was awarded the Judge Ralph K. Winter Prize for Best Student Paper Written in Law and Economics, and where he served as Features and Book Reviews Editor of the Yale Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
