Kim B. Goldberg
Kim B. Goldberg joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department as an associate in 2010. Her practice includes complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.
Ms. Goldberg received a B.A., with honors and distinction, and an M.A. in History from Stanford University in 2007, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Ms. Goldberg is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Goldberg is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
