Katherine Mateo is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Katherine received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government as an Emerging Leaders Fellow.  She attended the University of Pennsylvania and received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science.  Katherine speaks fluent Spanish.

Prior to joining the Firm, Katherine was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
