Malcolm Evans is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Malcolm received a B.S. in Economics cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a member of the Columbia Business Law Review.  Malcolm also received the Jane Marks Murphy Prize, awarded for exceptional proficiency in clinical offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Malcolm worked as an analyst at Citigroup.
