Meghan Holloway is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Meghan received her J.D., with High Honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was Order of the Coif and Editor-in Chief (v88) of The University of Chicago Law Review. Meghan received her B.A. magna cum laude in Biology and Economics from Brown University where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining the Firm, Meghan clerked for Judge David Barron of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
