Margaret M. Guidotti
Margaret (Maggie) Guidotti is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.
Maggie received a B.A. with High Distinction in English Literature from The University of Virginia in 2010 and a J.D. with Honors from The University of Chicago Law School in 2016, where she was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif, and the recipient of the Douglas G. Baird Prize in Commercial Law and the Joseph Henry Beale Prize for Outstanding Legal Research and Writing. She also served on The University of Chicago Law Review and was a member of the Doctoroff Business Leadership Program.
After law school, Maggie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Julie E. Carnes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
