Maxime Wach
Maxime Wach is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Prior to joining the Firm, Maxime worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets departments of the law firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris. He has significant experience counseling private and publicly listed companies on different subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance matters, and debt and equity securities offerings.
Maxime received a DEUG Bi-Licence in Law and Economics from Université Nancy II, where he was class Valedictorian. He received his Master II in Business and Tax Law cum laude from Université Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and his Master II in Banking and Financial Law cum laude from University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. Maxime also holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
