Nicholaus C. Mills

Nicholaus Mills is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Nicholaus received his B.S. cum laude from Oral Roberts University where he competed on the Men’s NCAA D1 soccer team. Nicholaus received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cornell Law School and his M.B.A. from Cornell’s S.C. Johnson School of Management. At Cornell Law School, Nicholaus was an Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif and graduated first in his class. Nicholaus was also the recipient of over a dozen academic awards, including the Boardman Prize for the highest annual grade in the business organizations course and the Henn Memorial Prize, the faculty award for best academic work through the second year of law school.

After law school, Nick clerked for the Honorable Judge Don R. Willett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
