Neil K. Chatani
Neil K. Chatani joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department as an associate in 2011. He focuses on representing borrowers and issuers in financing for mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Chatani also advises buyers, sellers, investors, creditors and debtors in distressed acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
Mr. Chatani received his B.A. magna cum laude from Yale University in 2008 and his J.D. cum laude from the Harvard Law School in 2011, where he was an editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation and a winner of the Williston Negotiation Competition. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, Mr. Chatani was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Chatani is admitted to practice in New York.
