Sahand Moarefy is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Sahand received an A.B. magna cum laude in History from Harvard University in 2010. He completed a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2016, where he was Executive Director of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Sahand worked as an investment banking analyst focused on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services industry at Sandler O’Neill and as a management consulting analyst at First Manhattan Consulting Group.
