Samson Z. Mesele
Samson Z. Mesele is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.
Mr. Mesele received a B.S. in Economics with honors from Duke University, where he studied on a full academic scholarship as a Julian H. Robertson Scholar. Mr. Mesele received a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation and published scholarship presented at the American Law and Economics Association Conference. Mr. Mesele also served as a Teaching Fellow for Financial Theory in the Economics Department at Yale College. Prior to attending Yale, Mr. Mesele worked as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mesele has advised companies on strategic and financing transactions with an aggregate value greater than $250 billion.
Mr. Mesele is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
