Theresa Lauterbach is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Prior to joining the firm, Theresa worked in the Corporate / M&A Department of the German law firm Hengeler Mueller in its Munich, Duesseldorf and Shanghai offices. She has significant experience advising on German corporate law and M&A transactions.

Theresa studied German law at the Passau University in Passau, Germany, and Russian law at the Krasnoyarsk State University in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. She passed both of her German state exams with top honors and received her Dr. iur. summa cum laude from Passau University in Passau, Germany.
